With the remote window roll down feature, it’s impossibly easy to roll down your windows. In fact, you can roll down your windows by simply using your smart key. That way, you can open your windows before you even step in your SUV or quickly close them if the weather shifts.
Enabling the Feature
In order to use the remote window roll down feature, it first needs to be enabled in your SUV. To enable the feature, you need to first navigate to the settings menu on your cabin’s touchscreen. Then, go to setup, then vehicle, then door, and turn on the remote window control feature.
Using the Feature
Once you’re ready to utilize the feature, it’s relatively easy. All you need to do is press and hold the unlock button on your smart key. Make sure you hold the button for more than three seconds and the vehicle will unlock, and your windows will start to come down, until you release the button.
Likewise, pressing and holding the lock button for more than three seconds will lock your doors and begin raising the windows until you let the button go.
