What's New in 2018 Hyundai Elantra?

It is that time of year when automakers start sending their recently-manufactured new model year vehicles to dealerships all over the United States, and here at Heritage Hyundai Towson we are very excited to see that the 2018 Hyundai Elantra is finding its way to our facility this fall.

For the most part, this vehicle is a carry-over from the 2017 model year, but there are a handful of updates that certainly are worth mentioning for the benefit of Towson Hyundai fans.

First and foremost, the 2018 Hyundai Elantra offers a new SEL trim, which slots just ahead of the current SE trim and includes all of the contents of what essentially was the Popular Equipment Package a year ago. This trim's features take the offerings of the SE trim and tack on 16-inch alloy wheels, heated side mirrors, automatic headlights, a backup camera, a 7-inch infotainment display with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, and a series of advanced safety features like blind spot warning and lane change assistance.

Those features are excellent for those looking for value, but the real value comes in the form of slightly lower prices. Most trims in the lineup have seen their MSRP drop somewhere between $100 and $400, which keeps more money in the pockets of Baltimore, MD customers. No one ever complained about prices going down on something as beloved as the Hyundai Elantra, right?

If you would like to test drive this vehicle, it is available at Heritage Hyundai Towson right now, so stop by any time and we will be happy to get you set up. Always one of our best sellers, the 2018 Hyundai Elantra is even better (and more affordable) than it was a year ago!
